Front suspension vibration

Help! I'm at a loss. My '95 240SX has a pronounced front end shimmy between 55 and 65 mph. I've replaced tie rods and ends, ball joints, strut bearings, brake rotors, and wheel bearings. The car has 85K original miles and there doesn't appear to be any significant play in any of the rubber bushings and the steering rack bushings are OK (none of the bushings are oil soaked). I've had the front end aligned twice and the wheels balanced twice (216/60 X 15" on 7" wide wheels).

I recall seeing a thread somewhere referring to a common problem of something becoming loose in the front end, but I don't recall what theproblem - or its fix - were.

Can any please advise?
