front suspension member HELP!!!

like an a**hole i jacked up the car without putting a wood block on the jack and bent it slightly. no big deal it was the parter then i look over at the other and its bent up worse. aarrrggghhhhh!!!!! whoever had this car jacked it up with the finesse of a bull in a china store. is it a major issue to switch it? am i asking for problems? i dont want the frame out of alignment.

you mean the cross member? it was jacked up before you got it, it sounds like. all you need is a new one and you'll be kosher. go to a junk yard and yank one from them
