Today during lunch, fun on wet roads + stray dogs = 1 blasted pass side front suspension.

I knocked a curb when I was sideways with the pass side front wheel and the entire hub assembly got shoved back.

The tie rod(? the rod that goes from the steering) is bent at about a 45 degree angle. Would this cause the sheel to sit back in the well far enough to be touching the inside?

My question is, what else could have bent to make the wheel sit like that? Control arm possibly?

The only reason I ask is b/c I havent had time (work) to take it off and it is going to be raining all evening.

Plus a little input is always good....thx

yes the broken tie rod could make it rub. Yes the control arm (transverse link)could bend and screw up the geometry. The tension rod could also be bent (the tubular rod connected to the frame and the control arm). Maybe other things too.
