front strut/spring clunking while turning

I just put on used megan springs with kyb gr2 in the front did the rears a few days ago with no problem on 89 s13 coupe. So when i go to turn out of my driveway after replacing the fronts i hear a weird clunking noise coming from the fronts i can even feel very small thud from it and its fairly loud. Also if i turn the wheel to the left my alignment shifts to the left if i turn to the right then my alignment shifts to the right.The noise only happens when im going very slow or stopped i think it might of happened maybe once at higher speeds. The car rides fine and feels good just the noise n thud.

Idk how many miles are on the springs but i got them from a place i trust.anyone know what could be wrong?
