Front strut rod torque specs

Had my dealership look at my car yesterday because of an airflow problem, and they came back with a list of other stuff that needs to be fixed. Among that was a "loose" strut rod. I don't know if that means that some bushings are shot and need to be replaced, or if it's something that's physically loose. I'm not quite sure what a strut rod even is. But I'm guessing it's a rod connecting to the struts. I'm going to get under my car and find out if anything's loose. Anybody know the torque specs for the bolts on said strut rods? And other parts of the front suspension that might be loose? I've been looking for a chilton's manual, but can't find one.
