(y33 2000) 107K. Well decided to just get new tires as the old were shot due to camber issues, oem 17" are good enough for now.
Problem is that the alignment is crap there is some bad camber in the back and they adjusted it but it would not fall into spec using the oem adjustment it is -1.7 and chewed up the last set of tires.
Also the front is out -2.8 caster; and they did some adjustment with toe to try and get the camber better.
It looks like the front wheel is moving forwards and backwards when brake applied. I want to replace the standard worn bushings and get everything sorted out but really have no experience with steering parts.
I read a few forums to try and get info but it seems like it is never fully explained, for example do 350z or s13 s14 parts work on y33 or only on the earlier models.
Does the y33 have the king pin bushing?
Is there a kit that I can buy aftermarket with all bushing?
Would new hubs help these issues?
I see tension rod bushings are shot and see the replacement bushing that need to be pressed in but was hoping there was an adjustable tension rod that still used the bushing as I don't want to feel every crack in the road and want camber adjustment.

The suspension looks and feels ok and no leaking and ride is good so I think suspension is fine for now even though that is going to happen in the future. Any and all info greatly appreciated.

Below is for a 90-96 will it work on y33?

The G50 is a multilink front end similar in design to the Z32. The FGY33 is a MacPherson strut, as is the F50 and Y34.

I am on Eibachs, so rear camber is about -1.8° to -2°. Wear is not too bad. Handles like a fiend with PSS on wide OZ Racing Supreleggera and KYB SS.

Boo on the shop for attempting to align the car with blown front tension rod bushings. Check the hub, rubber and and all other bearings. Maybe a better shop?

Important side note: The arrows on the bushings point towards the back, not forward like all others.

No optional tension rods with silicon filled bushings. I used the NISMO polyurethane on one of my G50, but I don't think it will fit the FGY33. In fact I know since the OEM parts do not interchange, or at least are different.

Found out that there is really nothing for the rears oem in regards to bushings, looks like they want you to buy whole assembly. Have some parts on order from Joe tension bushing being part of it I hope that will pull things together a bit
