Front speakers not working

Hi everyone - I have a weird problem in my 96 G20 where the door speakers on the front aren't working (but the tweeters in the pillars are). Any idea if this could be a fuse on just the front speaker amps (are there 2 different amps for front and back? if so, what fuse would be the front?). Or the amp itself? I doubt the speakers would have died completely. I don't think the system has the wattage to completely toast them.
