Hi Guys,

Before I start messing with this and damage the grills---how do I remove these little guys?

I think you'll need to pull the whole a-pilar, not through the grill... Should be able to remove the grab handles, loosen those trim peices, and then pop the a-pilars out.

What he said.

It's not a quick process, but if you take your time and pull on things easily, you should be done in about 45 minuets total.
