Welcome to the slowest forum on the site, it takes a little more than 2 hours before a question is answered sometimes.

To remove your door there are some screws along the botom of the door panel, one in the pull handle and a plastic clip in the front. You also have to pop off the trip around the latch release. This part is easy to break so be gentel with it. If you have manual windows you'll also have to remove the retaining clip on that to get it to release. Once you have all of that taken apart gently work around the edges of the door to get the clips to pop and your in.

Speakers should be 6.5's all around.
