Yes I saw the stickey. I was wonering if 6.5 was with or without the molded enclosure.

You have to take out the molded enclosure and make an adaptor plate. I am in the process of attempting a 6x9 plate install on my 91 Q45. The factory molded enclosure only accepts a 4 inch speaker.
