Front speaker replacements?

Sounds like I need to swap front speakers - any recommendations?
Just looking for a direct swap.
Should I swap tweeters too to match?
Thanks in advance!

PS: Do we have a Wiki how to remove front door panels to gain access to speakers?

Crutchfield recommends
Front doors - Hertz DSK 170.3 Dieci Series 6-3/4" component speaker system
Rear doors - Hertz DCX 170.3 Dieci Series 6-3/4" 2-way car speakers

I've given up on the idea to replace all door speakers - just bought one used Bose speaker OEM 28156-AM90A on eBay for USD$ 30 shipped.
I'll swap it myself and that's it - my teenagers are killing this car now, it won't last long
