What's good about the Powerstop kit you're looking at is that the tolerances for runout and thickness variation are pretty tight. Those kinds of things contribute to shaking during hard braking. I'd also look into other things to help prevent the problem from returning; like cleaning rust off the hub, not over tightening the lug nuts, indexing the rotor to the hub, and not sitting at a complete stop (slowly creeping forward) after a long or hard braking event. I do all of those except the rotor indexing, as I don't have a dial indicator.
I personally like Akebono pads and Raybestos advanced technology rotors, but I am not sure how they would work for you. I've only had them on the front for maybe 4,000 miles and I don'the think i'm as hard on the brakes as you are.
