Any advice on how to get my caliper, pads, and disc apart? They are "fused" together with rust and won't budge. Thanks in advance.

I'd try using some penetrating oil and some elbow grease in combonation with a decent sized screwdriver or mid sized prybar. Are the caliper bolts seized as well? If they are, try heating them up and just work them back and forth to loosen the corrosion.

Got the two caliper bolts off, but the pads have bonded to the disc. Will "liquid wrench" work? Where should I wedge the screwdriver/prybar?

I assume you're replacing the rotors as well. If so, just wedge the prybar between the pad and the disc and give her agood yank. And yes, liquid wrench will work just fine.

Thanks, I'll get that a try.

Stewed it in liquid wrench and it worked like a charm! Didn't even need to pry.

Question about the caliper: The piston popped out when I pushed the brake pedal, the rubber seal/boot on the piston seems fine, but there's rust on the hollow inside part of the piston.

Do I need to replace/rebuild, or can I hold off on it?

If there's just a small amount of rust, sand the surfaces and clean with brake fluid, not gasoline. Reassemble the caliper, bleed the system, then see if the caliper piston has any leaks; if not, you're home free. Make sure the slider pins are lubricated.
