front oil seal leaking

i put full synthetic oil in the sr, 4 weeks later the front oil seal leaks. whats teh process of changing the front oil seal?

Take off fan and fan shroud.Take off belts.Take off crank pulley (hardest step)Take out old seal.Put in new seal flush with engine and in right direction.Install pulley.Install belts.Install fan and shroud.

Nissan, same as on any SR powered car (Sentra SER, 200SX w/ SR, NX2000, G20).
