I just baught a new 2009 Murano after test driving it and even keeping one over night. Love everything about the car. I've been driving my new car for 3 days and have noticed that the front of the car shakes/vibrates when I hit the brakes. I didn't notice this when I test drove the Murano. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and what causes it?Thanks!Yvette

wheels might be out of ballance or brake rotors could be warped..but this should not be the case with a new car..take it back to the dealer and complain

Mine did that when I first bought it. It had a minor vibration when braking at highway speeds. I suspected warped rotors or a hot spot, but wanting to avoid cutting the rotors on a brand new car I decided to put a couple of thousand miles on it first thinking it might wear in. I was right....by about 2,500 miles it was completely gone.
