front of car feels like its clunking when i brake

so i was at the skid pad this last weekend and i noticed that the more and more i went out, when i braked and i right before a stop i could feel threw the brake pedal and the steering wheel slightly a clunk...like a shift foreward

i checked the cross memeber and all the arms to see if their was anything loose and their isnt

im guessing its my tie rods (ones bent from bottoming out lol) and need to be replaced soon

any other thing it could possibly be?

is it possible for the tie rod to be pulled out of its socket? since it is clunking i wanna know if its safe to dd with no hard driving, i raised the car to take more strain off the tie rods (stock) and i continued to drive the car for like 3 more hours of drifting after that happend

did you check the strut rod bushings? i would also check the torque on all the lower control arms and where the shock mounts to spindle.

I had that on my current car with a bent tie rod just not with stopping but with wide turns my rack would actually pop outta place by like a cm and it made a loud a** clunking sound. Scary at first haha

Than my last 240 i had that exact problem but my tie rods were fine and replaced my tension rods and it stopped?

Than my last 240 i had that exact problem but my tie rods were fine and replaced my tension rods and it stopped?
yeah im almost sure its the lower control arm ball joint

cause i replaced the tie rod, that i already replaced once, the end had some play but not alot, and it clunked really hard when i turned the wheel today hahaha

so i replaced the tie rod with a project silvia inner and outer (my friend has my other outer for hte moment cause he snappe his outer...p.s. dont get project silivia)

so pick and pull trip tomorrow to get some more lower control arms for the front, clean them up, and burn the bushings and put in energy suspension bushings and hopefully the ball joint is good and then everything will be ready to go for the track again next weekend

i swear im addicted, 3 events in a month...
