front main seal problems

so my alternator belt snapped then took out my ac belt then cracked my water pump belt then wrapped around my crank and busted the main seal so i was taking it out today and end up getting this problem. The middle part of the main seal came out but the other part is stuck in place; it turned into soft rubber. I tried using a small screw driver to pop out one end but that did not work so I tried moving it around and it did not work.

This is what i am looking at on the engine.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the rest of the main seal?

Take off the front cover, I think you might have to pull it out from the other side.

same thing happened to mine, buy a seal puller from napa or advance auto. it'll be out in seconds
