im seeing some lower control arms recently show up on ebay for m37x and q70 awd that used to be only OEM.
anyone has any experience with them or whether that brand is good or cheap garbage?

please dont assume and post that its garbage without actually knowing. not everything on ebay is trash..
if they are legit good quality thats a good deal because oem is 600 bucks

I can't speak for those particular control arms, but I can speak for China-cheap engine mounts and control arms generally. The big difference from OE is generally harder rubber compounds. Our '13 Altima just got a set of C-c engine mounts and there is definitely more vibration making it through to the floor and wheel than the originals. Our '04 Altima has both C-c mounts and LCA's. They've been in for awhile and the mounts are holding up well, but they too have always transferred more vibration. The LCA's seem to be getting some premature cracks in the stressed areas of the rubber, although they appear superficial and so far I haven't noticed any play or difference in performance. Maybe that's to be expected with a harder durometer, a few more years will tell.

No experience from these, but I would recommend checking out OEM prices on Amayama or Partsouq before taking the risk. The savings may not be as much as you think.

I will also share that in the Honda world where their bigger vehicles go through OEM LCAs every 80k miles or so, people have tried non-OEM LCAs and none of them hold up close to OEM quality or longevity. In those forums, people report ball joint failures on non-OEM LCAs within a year.

If nothing else I guess I’m glad to see new parts being made for our vehicles at all!
