Front Lower Control Arm

Is there supposed to be a special tool to get this front lower control arm off of a 93 s13.

So far i got the all the neccessary nuts and bolts that was connected to the control arm and the only thing was left was to get this damn thing off.

I've tried hammering the hell out of it, the crowbar doesn't work...what else is there?

I wonder when i crashed did the impact had to do anything with it, but i examined it carefully and there was no bend or anything.

HELP...plz
