I feel so dumb. I am proof that you can be ripped off on ebay. I bought a front lip spoiler from a company called SKY HIGH TUNING. I came to me in a box all warped and out of shape. It was cheap plastic that was supposed to be black. It was black all right... Cheap black plastic. What a rip. Everyone be aware of this company. They don't even answer their telephone. I got duped and am reporting them. They thought that they could change their name, but I found links to another name they already created. Oh, if you are them and you read this then FUJ!! Y09!

Sorry to hear about your bad deal on ebay.
I once bought a 12 string guitar on ebay that was MINT.When I inspected it closely, it had 2 inch cracks at both ends of the fret board and the bridge was lifting and was bowed toward the sound hole! Mint my a$$ And, this seller had perfect feedback and had sold a bunch of guitars.So, I feel your pain!
Since the 12 string POS, I don't buy guitars on ebay...ever.Have had over 100 great transactions there though!

I bought a 2005 sedan rear bumper cover on ebay for 85 dollars, I had to pay 225 buck at infiniti, just for the 05 mudflaps I will say, you get what you pay for, and I'd also go as far to say as you may have been duped, but not to worry, you'll win some, and lose some
I'm a big ebay fan, only because I don't know what sites to trust, and I'm too busy to shop during normal shopping hours, so, ebay meets my requirements... See mod list below, I think I bought all of it on egay lol
So, can you post some pics so we can all see what you're talking about??? How badly warped is it?

I have a CF replica Lip for the coupe.
I never finished it off. It definitely will have to be painted as I did not perfect the CF finish.
I'll sell it to you for peanuts (cost of materials) plus shipping.
I forewarn you that it is NOT PERFECT. The lip portion is pretty awesome, but I had issues with the sides as they wrap around into the wheel well.

I would dispute the item with eBay so you can get your money back. If you win, Paypal will rip the money out of their bank account (assuming you used paypal).
