So im starting this thread dispite the backlash that I might get so we can get that out the way. Im looking for a way to mount a front license plate on my Z which did not originally come with a place for one (car is an original FL car). I would like to not put any holes in my bumper if possible but right now im not seeing any other way. I want to try to avoid the holes as there is a chance later I may want to remove it. My wife bought me an authentic JDM license plate a while back and shes been asking why its still sitting in my front window.lol. Anyone come up with any writeups or work arounds for this?

Hahaha. Ive actually done that before. While it looks super gangster, id never do that again. Those real JDM plates arent cheap and I lost my first one in a car wash when it was ziptied like that.

Nissan sells a full front plate bracket that doesn't require destroying your front bumper.

Yep- screws in under the front and extends out providing a mounting place.
I myself made some from DIN mounts and a little creative bending, possibly the easiest and quickest mod I've ever done, took 5 minutes. Cheapest and equally effective as the chintzy mount Nissan sells for big $.
