Can anyone tell me where to find one? Apparently they don't sell them at Autozone or other auto parts retail establishments.

I bought one from my local infiniti dealer....it didnt cost too much...one dealer I went to said if he had them in stock he would have given it to me for free...but the one that did have it in stock, wanted to charge, but he installed it for free...it only took a few minutes, but you need to find the holes with the nuts behind them....small price to pay for being legal....

You can pick up a cheap used one at any salvage yard.
