Front License idea?

Hey guys, I need some advice on how to put a front license plate on my 90 300zx TT. I keep gettin pulled over here in Minnesota where I live and it's starting to piss me off. I really don't wanna spend $100 bucks for a bracket for the front of my car. So please what can I do where I don't have to spend a ton of moolah?

put it in ur window. Thats what i did. In NJ the car is low enough that In the window, its still within the legal height

Ooo no can do, I've gotten pulled over by the cops even with the plates in the front window :S

ztommy on here mounted his low and off center. all he did was drill some holes and mount it, and it looks professional. im sure you could look him up on here and PM him for some info on how he did it.

could make a bracket that comes from under the bumper so its low
