front left suspension noise

had a shop do my front springs/shocks since I could not get the 17mm bolts off. Right now the driver front is making a muffled clunking noise when turning right OR when going over the bump. I've searched but none of the threads came up about it making noise when going over a bump.

I am thinking either the mechanic didn't seat the spring in the shock seat properly or the upper mount is broken. Which is weird, since before the install it was fine.

When you are looking at the 3 strut mount bolts from under the hood, one of them is not straight (compared to the passenger side).

I'm going to drive the car for a week and takeit off Saturday and see. Any suggestions?

Im havin the same problem, the front drivers side suspension is makin a kinda clunkin noise. Im gonna take my car apart to find the problem. Tell me if u find an answer.

I have a spare strut mount but the plate itself on it is not flat, infact, 1 side of it is sloping downwards... would that be a adequate replacement if my current driver strut mount is old?
