Front Left Door Speaker has a Loud Tone, Fix???

My daughter's 2008 Versa has loud tone or buzz coming from the Left front door speaker. It stays the same with the radio on or off, voluume, fade and balance have no effect. It stays on with the car turned off (even 12 hours later). Any ideas what the problem is?

Loose part? Bring it to the dealer. Should be covered under warranty.
