Front Heater/Defroster does not work

I have a 91TT and the front heater that heats the windsheild does not work. my window foggs up. My front vents work but no air is coming out of the whindsheild vents.. what could be the problem?

The unit that directs the air is probably stuck so that no air can get by the door inside there and make it to the window.

Nsr is right, there are several soleniods that open and close each individual door. Possably one is bad. There is a factory climate control trouble shoot precedure were you can pull the codes from the climate control computer but I have not done that in years. I will try to look it up for you.
