Front fender question

I was wonder with fenders like the 20 mm wide front fenders for the s13 does the doors and front body parts need to be molded to fit onto them?

no, they are just that much wider around the wheel well, but it flows back down to oem size at the edges so you just have to make sure it is aligned properly.
