Front End Wheel Chatter

I have a 2011 Infiniti G37x S Coupe which I just changed the tie rods, balanced and aligned it. Thinking the chatter when I go over bumps is most likely the front shocks even though when you push on the front end they seem okay. Any suggestions or confirmed causes?

The most likely culprits for chattering noises over bumps which don't seem to affect the steering is usually the sway bar bushings or links. Have you checked those?

There's an Infiniti G37XS Coupe my buddy is interested in. The owner mentioned this intermittent squeak or chattering noise. 78k miles but neat overall. We'll just finish installing the bumper, nerf bars, and fenders on the truck tomorrow before we take a closer look.
