ok, one more thread about this....front end shimmy when braking, usually at lower speeds as when stopping at a stop light. there is a minor vibration that comes and goes when driving, usually at higher speeds of about 65-70....any suggestions for starters??

Warped rotors on the stoppng - could be your cause for the 65-70. I'd turn or replace the rotors, and have the wheels balanced...

For the 65-70 mph vibe you might want to check your tension rod bushings(right in front of each front wheel). See if the rubber is torn or the silicon fluid has leaked out. If you see radial cracks in the rubber and no leakage you should replace them anyway. It smoothed out my slight wobble vibe on mine. New bushings from Joe are less than $20/rod compared to >$80/rod w/bushing. Any shop or friend with a press can do this for you.
