While cleaning my EGR solenoid and doing some under the hood maintenance, I realized that the previous owned had installed an additional radiator in tandem. Having super-cooled radiator fluid is awesome i suppose, but it ruined the plan of adding a transmission cooler. If I install one in front of the front radiator, then I lose my airflow (90Q beltbuckle). I was wondering what it took to change the hood out to a later model with a grill, is it just the hood and bumper, or lights and fenders also? Any info is appreciated.

what do you mean they installed another radiator in tandem? Where is it located???

Are you sure your not talking about the AC condensor, which looks exactly like the radiator but right in front of it...
