front end squeaking

Hello all I have a 2001 I30 and I jumped a curb to avoid an accident now I hear a squeaking from the front end and the brake discs are very hot after driving any ideas what it is and how much to fix

To be honest, we need more info. What causes the noise. Only while driving, hitting bumps, any other conditions, Can you make the noise happen while stopped and car off.
Hitting a curb can damage any certain item that can cause squeeking. have you looked under the car to see if there is any damage.
