I have been hearing a rattle in the front drivers side suspension for the past few weeks but can not find anything loose when I have the car in the air. I noticed it only happens when on the gas and going over bumps, I don't hear it during braking even over bumps. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I noticed something similar recently. Mine sounds like maybe a loose heat shield on the exhaust somewhere... Haven't had a chance to get under there and check it out. But like your problem, it only happens when the engine rpms are up.

It aint a heat shield, cause mine does the same thing & I don't have a heat shield. I think it might be a tie rod (broken)

it might be the heat shield... I had a problem that sounds a lot like yours and that's what mine was. I pulled the shielding off of both cats and problem solved

I got up under neath the R50 today & checked out a bunch of stuff. It looks like the bushings in the lower front control arm are shot-to-sh*t. That's probably the root cause of the noise for mine (I can't speak for everyone else).
