Just a quick question here. I have a 2001 Pathfinder 109000 miles on it. Everytime I am driving and I got over 50mph and I am going into a curve that goes right, I start to feel a vibration around the front driver side tire. Its only a problem on right curves, and I have to be going over 50 mph for it to happen. If its under 45 there is no vibration at all. All lug nuts are tight and it doesnt happen when going left at all. Any clue as to what it could be. Thanks in advance.

Might just need to get that tire balanced.

Yeah, I thought that maybe it was the splash guard because it was really loose, but after taking that off I still get the issue. If Im going around a corner over 40, it sounds like the tire is wobbling and vibrating like its about to fall off. I just had the balancing and rotation done a couple of weeks ago.

Did you jump a curb or hit a pot hole recently? That'll do it. You should probably just go back and have it balanced again. Worst comes to worse, you've spent another $20 on a tire balance and ruled that problem out.

I jumped a curb a few months ago and now my front passenger side tire vibrates between 61 and 68 mph. I don't get up to that speed often so I haven't gotten it balanced yet.

well its been doing it for awhile now. My brother in law says he thinks it may be a wheel bearing issue. Im having it checked out this weekend. I will post back what I find.

Didnt get a chance to run it over my buddys this weekend, but now he is saying that he thinks it may be a cv axle issue, or cv joints. He rode in it with me last week and says that there is no way its a wheel bearing issue. We'll see though. I may be able to drop it off tommrrow and I will post then.

Cool, I would like to hear , Though mine is very slight, And I do, know now that there is a little play in the bearing , its been on the lift, but I am not attributing it to that just yet. I will be looking for your findings thanks..

The lower ball joints on the driver side were bad. I had both replaced. Rides like a champ now.
