Front driver's door won't close / Puerta conductor delantero no se cierra

I know that the forum is in English, and I apologize since my English is TERRIBLE.

The problem I have is that the driver's door stays open, the alarm comes on, but when I press the button on the
command to close, the actuator does not lock the door. Why can it be?

Thank you

Gracias :tisk:

Do you hear the actuator operating? If not, chances are you simply have a bad actuator.

Yes, but there are four actuators, one in each door. You need to put your ear to the driver door and use the lock/unlock button to work the mechanism. If you can hear it operating then you may have a broken cable or bad lock, if you can't hear it then it's probably a dead actuator.

No fuse, the actuators are all powered from the BCM. If one has power then they should all have power.
