Front-door speakers removal on 1994 Q45

Can anyone please tersely describe how to remove front-door speakers on a 1994 Q45?

The speaker sits in an enclosure which is screwed to the door under the door panel. Grip the foremost portion of the door armrest and slide backwards. This will take some effort but it should reveal the screws that start the removal process for the door panel. Everything else is logical going forward.
