Front Differential Leak on M45, no AWD

Hello All

I noticed yesterday when the car was on the lift yesterday, there was a new leak. Doesnt look like a huge leak, almost look like its sweating.

From what it looks like, it looks like the front differential seal thats inside, just want to confirm, The seal is about 8 Bucks from the dealer.

Any idea of the labor time to repair this? Easy, Moderate, or Difficult Job?
