Ever since I installed the intake, i noticed that the front dash (near the air conditioning) would rattle. Did anyone else notice this?

it did that with my 05 alti... try tightening the fit, and see if the intake or tubing is touching anything... if it is, use one-sided "sponge" tape to cushion it - I use that type of tape for for license plates that rattle as well.

yeah check to make sure everything that was removed to install the intake is tighttened correctly and that it is not hitting on anything, since the noise only started when the intake was installed.

The intake itself is not touching anything at all, neither is the heat shield. It seems that something is coming from the airconditioning tho, because the sound is really loud and deep at the same time so i am thinking that the bass produced from the sound is causing a vibration in something loose.. but once the sound goes away (after like 2-3k rpm), it no longer rattles

yeah it could be from the deeper tone of the aftermarket intake. i have like a resonating sound from my intake, that could be mistaken for a dash vibration when im at higher rpms.
