Front cut with parts finally arrived!!!

Well i have been wiating for about 2 months to recieve another sylvia front clip with sr20det from japan and it has finally arrived. I am desperately in need of the AC stuff, window washer bottle, dashboard, gauge clutser etc since when the rb swap was done none of that was available to my old beat up s13 at the time. I also wanted the sr as a backup engine because i am sure i will blow that rb soon even though it is pretty indestructable. Anyway it came down lightly modded with blitz sidemount intercooler, short shifter, aftermarket copper clutch and other small things. Looks nice but wow am i really excited and happY!!!

lol i live in the caribbean guys, we dont have laws against that or cops to enforce it even if they did. We drove about 8 miles like that lol. The customs officers let us leave like that so its all good. The engine is directly over the back tires and the overhand is thin metal frame. The rops was to stop it from sliding back but i was scared that going up hills the pickup would have popped a wheelie or something but it is in my grage now. And my car is RHD.

lol lol lol yeh that fell out some time ago and havent been able to get the assembly in from japan yet and our nissan dealer still has it in order but i have seen people drive with no headlights or tail lights here and it is rediculous. I know a guy which stole his uncles wrangler and didnt know how to turn on the headlights, the cops pulled him over and helped him to find the switch... diodnt ask for licence or anything. 3rd world country life hehehe we get away with everything

lol that pickup use to have a old 2 litre carb engine which blew so we swapped a ka24e into it but had no ecu and harness so bought a linksys ecu from australia and a harness to make one and that is how it is running now. And yes that is a real licence plate... why do u ask?

yess most plates on this island are plastic qith stickers on the back. We have to follow strict numbering though. The pickup is rated as a transport vehicle hence the T for all tranport vehicles, A would be the second revision of 10,000 numbers and the number is the identifying ID for the vehicle. We are required to have both front abd back plates also.

lol we used a big industrial crane strap wrapped around the front through the wheel wells attached to a chain hoist and 4 guys lifting it off the back so the pickup could drive off and we could drop it in the grage. It ways between 700 and 1000 pounds i estimate! Even with the chain hoist supporting the front in the air the back was a huge struggle for 4 guys. I was amazed at how heavy this thing was. The pickups suspension almost fully collapsed under the weight and i was scared it would pop wheelies or break the leaf springs in every hole we hit.
