Front combination lens removal 91 Q45

This seems like it should be simple but naturally not so much. I’m trying to replace he front drivers side combination/turn signal bulb. Reading the owners manual I removed the black plastic cover and found the one screw shown in the manual.I removed that screw. When I pull on the lens as directed it feels like there’s something else holding it in. Anyone removed these easily and want to share advice.

There is a male and female piece. Unsure how to exactly explain it. It's Like a small ball on the end of a screw that comes out with it.. after you remove the screw onto of the headlamps you need to pry it forward so this ball comes of the female piece. Tried taking several photos of a spare but every time it's too large. There are some pictures on ebay though

It'll feel like you're going to break it, but you won't. It's a ball and socket behind there that you have to separate.
