1. Get a plane ticket to Japan2. Locate desired clip in junkyard, and remove.3. Arrange clip on pallet and put it on a boat. 4. Meet that boat in America, get yo front clip yo. Thats how true JDM'ers do it at least.

On a more serious note, i've heard good things about elitejdm, and they are from PA, with lots of clips available. I ordered my motor swap from JSAMotors(Canada) and i believe they also sell front clips, they are a good company to deal with.
