Front Camber Kit question

I was looking at adjustable camber plates and such and ran across this...

These are spindle bolts I guess of some sort to allow camber adjustment at the front...

How do these work? They seem like nice alternative to getting front camber plates.

Those work good. Have a shop that can do install and alignment put them in for you. Not as exotic as camber plates but the plus sides are functional and priced right.

Do you not recommend that I put them on my self and then get an alignment done?

How do these adjust the camber? I cant seem to figure it out from just looking at the picture.
