Front Bumper

My wife recently ran over an animal and damaged her front bumper. The cheapest I found was 278, I was wondering if anyone has a bumper in really good shape that they are willing to sell, and I was also wondering if anyone has changed it and how hard it would be to change by myself. The car is an 05 G35x.

I think I may just end up going with a new one because all the used ones I have found had little dings here and there, and I would rather just have a brand new one and not be in for any suprises. Als where can I find the Field Service Manuals at?
