that is a concept car they showed a couple years ago in Asia for the S-Tune Tiida (before it was released). I've never found it for sale. I'm guessing the either dismantled it or crushed it.

im guesing a custom body shop maybe you can search around and fine the dimensions and details on the bumper and got so a shop and they can probably get it to look pretty similar to it

money talks. contact one of the current body kit companies like extreme dimensions.
