would it look okay if i bought like a bomex or veilside front bumper and didnt get the sideskirts or rear bumper, or would it look out of place?

That's pure opinion and really doesn't belong in technical.

But, IMO, no, it wouldn't look okay. The bumper would clash with the rest of the car and I believe the bumpers extend lower so it wouldn't line up with the stock sideskirts. I see Hondas all the time with just a front bumper and it looks pretty bad.
