front bumper problem?

i was just wondering if the mounting is the same for the 240sx 1993 model bumper to a 1989 car? and is there a way to be able to mount the bumper with some sort of fabrication since one of the sides where it is suppose to mount is broken off. like some sort of metal bracket that can hold to bumper in place. I just got this bumper for free and just want to use it because it looks so much better. it is broken on the driver side mounts and wondering if there is way to repair it so it will mount on the driver side rather that hang off or if there is someone is willing to sell me there bumper I would gladly buy it from them. I look for the none pig nose bumper for the 240sx.
