front bumper latch?

i would like to have my front bumper put on with a latch some how so that i can take it on and off easily. there would be a latch on each side where the front bumper and fender connect. i've seen this on a honda eg hatch and was wondering does anybody have this or know where to get one.

yes, my buddy has them on his hatch, he got them at west marine.
