Front bumper 99'/escort FRP

So last week i got rear ended by a volvo... it split the corner of the rear bumper pretty bad but thats the only damage. So i'm using this as an opportunity to get a new front and rear bumper, i'm already set on the twinz type 2 rear bumper but i'm still debating on the front. basically i want the 99' spec bumper but i'm wondering how good of a job z1 does of shaving the tag bracket. Also i'm looking at the Escort racing FRP front bumper but i don't know where to buy it from and i'm also not sure about fiberglass vs urethane. Any advice would be great

I have the JDM 99 bumper shaved (on the car when purchased) and it looks PERFECT as well and it's the only way to go IMO... And I'll certainly get the twinz bumper with the diffuser. That's on my to do list.
