front brakes swap!!!

does anyone out there know if you can swap the front rotor brakes from a 720 pickup truck over to a 620 pickup? Your info is verry much needed. I'm thinking about changeing my front drum brakes on my 620 to disc brakes. O! it also has king pins, do you think that matters or not? Thankx Datsuns Forever!!!!!!!!!

you can but it requires custom upper control arms, and a Z master cyl. thats the ONLY reason i haven't done it yet.
