Does anyone know what size the retaining screw is on the front brake rotors? I tried changing my brake pads and noticed the retaining screws were missing on both sides

It may not have them. Lots of Nissan products have holes in the rotor and threads in the hub for a retainer, but it isn't installed at the factory.

Ahh, yeah I don't think M's have them. I have always seen rubber grommets on the rotors. Same for my QX60 as well actually. My understanding is if you needed too, you could put something in there to push the rotor but its not there permanently.
