Front brake drag

1999 nissan quest has front left brake drag.I have replaced the caliper and brake line.The brake is still dragging.I suspect the ABS modulator.Is this difficult to change?Any tips would be appreciated.

We had our brakes replaced twice in four years and each time we have had noises coming from the rear of the car. Had the mechanic look at it a number of times to no avail. They inspect, they tell us the brakes are working fine but, the car still make a noise like a growling bear lives in the back of the car. the only way for it to go away is after the car is warmed up or if you step on the brakes or you apply the E brake while in motion. The problem seems worst if very cold in the morning.If anyone has had this problem please come to the rescue of two very non mechanics
